London / Montecito - After their official withdrawal from the royal family, British Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle were by no means quieter - both went public with violent allegations against the royal family.
After the first scandalous interview with TV great Oprah Winfrey, Harry in particular followed up with harsh criticism of his family in a documentary format.

now claims to have found out, however, that Meghan Markle has urged her husband to exercise restraint.
According to Harry's latest allegations against his family, the 39-year-old should fear for her title as duchess.
"She told Harry that they have to cut back the attacks on the royal family - she is afraid that they will take away the royal titles, which would be a PR disaster," the paper quoted an insider as saying.

In fact, Markle continues to use her title as Duchess of Sussex after the young family has turned their backs on royalty - for example, as the co-author of a children's book due for release in June. With their withdrawal, Harry and Meghan inevitably gave up the address as "Her Royal Highness", but not their title as Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The couple had already rejected the corresponding title of nobility for their son Archie when their son was born. However, should the Queen withdraw soon and Harry's father, Prince Charles, take over government affairs, as has been partially speculated, Archie, who is officially a "Master" until now, would automatically become Prince as the monarch's grandson. How the couple will settle the title question with their unborn daughter is not yet known,a decision similar to that of Archie would, however, be obvious.

The numerous allegations against the royal family are likely to have deepened the rift between the couple and the palace even further.
In the meantime, sympathy for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex is also falling noticeably in the British population: In a recent survey, a majority of the approximately 5000 participants demanded: Meghan and Harry should be stripped of their titles of nobility, or at least they should forego it, to use them.

continues, "and that is partly related to her existence as a duchess." According to the insider, the loss of the title of nobility is likely to be accompanied by a decline in offers. Whether the title will actually be withdrawn, however, is difficult to assess - the palace continues to be wrapped in an iron, royal silence.
