Agnès Letestu follows in Aliénor's footsteps at the Théâtre du Gymnase

To embody this historical figure, the former principal dancer of the Paris Opera favors emotion rather than technique.


We had left her as

Lady of the Camellias

in 2013 at the Palais Garnier.

She was saying goodbye at the age of 42 and a half.

We find her in

Aliénor

at the Théâtre du Gymnase.

Between the two, she claims to have never stopped.

On stage in Asia and in studios in Rome, Madrid or Paris, where she works as a coach.

Eight years have passed, she has not changed.

"She's a queen: a proud bearing, pretty legs, beautiful feet and what style!"

, says Alain Marty, choreographer and director who dreamed of her as Aliénor d'Aquitaine.
