On Monday 27 September Alitalia will pay its workers only half of their salary.
This was communicated by the commissioners Gabriele Fava, Giuseppe Leogrande and Daniele Santosuosso in a communication sent to the employees that ANSA was able to view.
"We are very sorry to have to inform you that the salaries of the current month will be adjusted at 50% with value on Monday 27 September, while the remaining 50% will be credited to you as soon as we have evidence of the outcome of the brand announcement", explain the commissioners.
