When help arrived on the scene, they found the victim bleeding, stabbed, and could not resuscitate her, it was added. The two women present on the spot - the companion of the septuagenarian and the daughter of the latter - were arrested, it was further indicated, explaining that the hearings were still underway late Tuesday afternoon.
One of the possible leads is that of a dispute between the couple which would have turned into a family conflict, said the police source. According to 20 Minutes Strasbourg, it is the girl, aged 24, who is suspected of having carried one or more stab wounds in the neck to her mother's companion, 56 years old. The investigation will need to determine whether the stabbing (s) was intentional, it was added.
