After Amira Pocher registered with a database that collects accommodation offers for refugees, a family from Ukraine recently moved in with her.

The "Let's Dance" candidate now makes it clear on Instagram: People can live with her for as long as they want.

Cologne – Amira Pocher is not only currently sweeping the dance floor with "Let's Dance" (all news on the topic page), but also supports refugees in her free time.

A Ukrainian refugee family has recently been living in their private apartment.

On Instagram she now makes it clear: The family can live with her as long as they want.

Due to the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, a number of people have already fled to Germany.

But the refugee accommodation is bursting at the seams, which is why more and more Germans are letting refugees stay in their own four walls.

So does Amira Pocher.

This year's "Let's Dance" candidate has taken in a family from Ukraine in her apartment.

Within a question and answer session, a number of followers asked how things were going.

"How's the Ukrainian family in your apartment?" A fan asks Amira.

"They are doing well according to the circumstances," she then gives her followers an update and makes it clear: "You can stay in my apartment as long as you need it."

A support that the family is certainly extremely grateful for.

Amira Pocher knows exactly what it's like to have to ask for help - after the flood disaster destroyed the Pochers' house, buddy Pietro made his four walls available for the family.

However, he now announced on Instagram: "Never try to help anyone": Does Pietro Lombardi regret having helped the Pochers after all?
