A United States appeals court decided this Wednesday to keep alive the immigration program of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA, in English), which protects more than half a million 'dreamers' arrived in childhood from deportation.
The court, however, upheld the ban that prevents new applicants from enrolling even if they qualify for the Obama-era program.
He also opted to return the case to a lower court.
