He won NIS 40 million in the lottery - and it took him a week to get to collect the prize
A 35-year-old from the Central Region is the sole winner of the big prize in last week's lottery draw.
But at the lottery factory they "waited" for several days for the winner who came to collect the prize only yesterday.
The winner, an employee of a hi-tech company, is in no hurry to change his life following the win.

A 35-year-old from the central region won the lottery about a week ago, and as the sole winner won a prize of NIS 40 million.
But the winner "took his time", and arrived only yesterday (Sunday) at the lottery house to collect the prize.
The winner told about the moment he found out about the big win.
"It was already after midnight and the results of the lottery were announced. I held the form in my hand as I have done quite a few times in my life, I opened the lottery app and scanned the form to check. Without any special expectation that I had developed, I was suddenly presented with a message with the winning amount that left me stunned for several hours . I was shocked, I couldn't contain my excitement and of course I couldn't close an eye all night. Due to the late hour, I also had no one to tell. I didn't want to wake anyone up so late at night. After a long night, I contacted my parents in the morning and told to them, while I was behaving normally. I went to work drained and exhausted, because there were tasks and chores under my responsibility that I had to finish. People around me noticed that I was tired and thought it was my fault that I had a wild night out into the night and that's why I'm half drunk. Of course I neither confirmed nor denied."
During the past days, the winner thought to himself what he would do with the winning money.
"By my nature, I am a down-to-earth person, connected to the earth. I don't have big plans or fantasies about what I will do with the money. I came to the conclusion that I need a good lawyer, an accountant and an investment advisor by my side that I can trust, to accompany me from here on out.
Although I live in a rental, I really like the apartment, and am not currently thinking of purchasing a property.
Everything is still fresh, I need some more time to sit with myself and think about what is happening now and what to do next.
I really like my job, so it is clear to me that I will stay.
Right now I'm continuing my life as it was and not letting the win affect me."
