At least one victory jumped out of it.
Peiting - There was no real tension, although they had all been looking forward to the premiere for weeks.
"It was very slow," admitted Thomas Schneider.
The season opener in the 2nd Bundesliga South will most likely be forgotten quickly at SV Peiting.
If the captain of the Peitinger air pistol shooters didn't have any great deeds to announce, then at least a victory.

“You're not used to it anymore,” said the SV captain.
He admitted that he and his comrades-in-arms, especially in duels, were strangers.
"The nerves are already playing along." The Peitinger then also needed a fight to relieve stress and be able to concentrate purely on their tasks.
The fact that the argument with Kelheim was lost was to be tolerated.

After a long break, there was no competition practice
Zoran Sladjan could not make a state with his 373 rings against Miriam Piechaczek (377). After all, Steffi Böhm-Lutzenberger (364) won her fight at number two against Verena Gimpl (342). However, she was just as unsatisfied with her performance as Sladjan. Hermann Helmschrott at number three also had a great chance to score, because Sabine Humbs (358) did not achieve a really frightening result. But the Peitinger was still below their target with 356 counters. Michael Redl, on the other hand, caught four good series, but with his 367 rings he was far from winning his argument with Stephan Jobst (375). And Schneider (339) argued that this form of competition was not made for him at all. “I couldn't manage again at all,” was his sobering conclusion.However, even with normal shooting without a direct opponent, he would never have come within the range of Axel Genewsky (367).
The botched start tickled out a better performance in the competition with Großaitingen in the Peitingen. "This is an opponent you should win against if you don't want to fight relegation," Schneider clarified - a win was a must. With 379 rings against Alexander Leuchtle (367), Zladjan then delivered a result that he himself had in mind. Steffi Böhm-Lutzenberger (367) was also able to improve, but still had to admit defeat to Florian Gollinger (369). Hermann Helmschrott (362) scored an eminently important point against Tobias Gsöll (361) just like Michael Redl (360) against Ralf Wieler (358). Because everything was decided, the defeat of Thomas Schneider (349) against Wilhelm Hämmerle (360) did not matter.
The second competition on Sunday, October 31st, will again lead the Peitinger air pistol team to the Raisting Schützenheim.
There is a test of strength with the archers Grund (12.30 p.m.) and the FSG Prien (2.45 p.m.).
