The US Office of Intellectual Freedom, which is part of the American Library Association, reported that it has provided legal guidance and support to several libraries in the face of numerous attempts to remove books related to LGBTQ and people of color issues.
According to the agency, 155 incidents have been tracked across the country and supported in 120 cases.
