The prosecution requested Tuesday, April 13, 25 years of imprisonment against a woman who ordered the failed assassination of her ex-spouse in August 2017 in the forest of Bondy, which earned her to appear with six people in front of the Assize Court of Seine-Saint-Denis.

After having patiently saved, Amandine S. had hired a shooter to get rid of her former companion.
On the pretext of a walk, she had lured Jimmy C. at night in the forest of Bondy, accompanied by their three-year-old son in a stroller, for an ambush.
Wounded by a bullet in the chest, the man escaped death but has since been paraplegic.
He attends the trial in Bobigny in a wheelchair.
The young woman, now 34 years old, had confessed in police custody to having sponsored the case and revealed the names of relatives and intermediaries who helped her in her business.
The latter appear on the bench of the accused in this trial which opened on March 30.
In her requisitions this Tuesday morning, the Advocate General ordered the Assize Court to sentence Amandine and the main intermediary, Jonathan R., to 25 years of criminal imprisonment.

They are accused of having facilitated to varying degrees the project of assassination of Jimmy or of having turned a blind eye to his criminal design.
The public prosecutor requested 10 years imprisonment against his father, 7 years imprisonment against his brother and a friend, and finally 3 years suspended for his sister-in-law.
The lawyers of the main defendants will plead tomorrow, the verdict is expected Thursday, April 15.
Amandine S. faces life imprisonment.
