Barcelona, during a meeting of its board of directors yesterday, approved a budget of 765 million euros for the 2021-2022 season, with total losses of 481 million euros at the end of the season.
The council agreed that the club's general manager, Ferran Reverter, would present, on October 6, the detailed results, to know the actual situation of Barcelona.
The Barcelona Board of Directors also agreed to submit a proposal to amend the statute in various aspects during the next assembly, including the possibility of reducing the future mandates to five years.
The board meeting also discussed the sporting situation after the 3-0 loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League and the doubts of some members of the board regarding the continuity of coach Ronald Koeman.
