There are new allegations against the fallen US star Bill Cosby.

An actress accuses him of drugging and raping her almost 30 years ago.

The woman has filed a complaint about what is going on from court documents reported by several media.

According to CNN, Cosby and plaintiff Lili Bernard met in 1990 on the set of the "Cosby Show," the sitcom that made the 84-year-old a legend.

Cosby offered the then 26-year-old to be her mentor.

In August 1990 he led her on a trip with him and promised to arrange a meeting with a producer.

Instead, he drugged and raped her in a hotel room in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

A spokesman for Cosby called the allegations "allegations" without "a single evidence."

It is another attempt to abuse the legal process.

Cosby was convicted of sexual assault in 2018.

More than 60 women had accused him of various kinds of sexual assault.

In the process, however, there was only one case from 2004.

The jury saw it as proven that Cosby had made a woman helpless with pills and then sexually coerced.

The entertainer had always denied the allegations.

Judgment overturned

In July, however, a court overturned the conviction.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that Cosby should not have been charged in this matter based on an agreement with a prosecutor previously involved in the case.

The entertainer left prison after two years in prison.

The case must not be opened again.

Plaintiff Bernard said in an interview that Cosby's release was the decisive factor behind the lawsuit.

The process "retraumatized" her.

Bill Cosby was revered as "America's Dad" in the United States for decades.

In his role as a lovable doctor and good-natured family man on his "Cosby Show", he was one of the most popular TV stars in the country.

His case was considered the first conviction of a prominent suspect after the #MeToo movement began.
