The American Bloomberg Agency revealed that Russian oil exports to southern European countries and the Mediterranean region have increased, compared to a decrease in relation to northern European countries.
The agency stated in a report issued today that in the week ending on the fifth of this month, the volume of crude oil shipments from Russian export ports in the Baltic and Black Seas to Italian ports reached its highest level in seven weeks, noting that for the first time since last April, Spain bought a quantity of From Russian Urals oil, as well as Greece bought for the first time Russian oil since last February, while Bulgaria and Romania increased their purchases of hydrocarbons from Russia to 255,000 barrels per day.
According to the agency, the total Russian crude oil supplies to European consumers are currently estimated at 1.38 million barrels per day, the highest level in the past five weeks.
