[Dubai, Reuters]-Iran's Ambassador Labanch confirmed that Iran and US talks would not be realized by President Trump's dismissal of President Bolton (National Security Affairs).
Since the withdrawal from the Iran nuclear talks last year, the United States has put “maximum pressure” on Iran, such as the suspension of crude oil exports.
Iran has countered this with a series of measures, including enrichment of uranium.
President Trump has so far responded to talks with Iran, but Iran has said that talks are impossible unless the US first lifts the sanctions.
Bolton was known as an Iranian hardline.
According to state-run Iran news agency (IRA), UN Ambassador Labanci said, “The dismissal of Mr. Bolton will not allow Iran to reconsider discussions with the United States.” During the sanctions against Iran, he stated that there was no room for consultation with the United States.
