EU Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier called on the UK on Tuesday October 20 to make
the most of the little time
left to negotiate a trade deal likely to come into effect on January 1, at moment when the negotiation is deadlocked.

”the Frenchman tweeted after a telephone exchange with his British counterpart David Frost, intended to unblock negotiations.
