Their debut album "Sillium" is a work of genius and crazy at the same time.

Five Stars Deluxe played it in the backstage, "türlich, türlich" also other hits by Das Bo and Co.

Munich – They actually pull it off: Five Stars Deluxe play almost the entirety of their debut album “Sillium” (1998) on Thursday evening in the well-filled Munich Backstage.

Including verbal contributions such as the “Language course deluxe”: “Please repeat every word.

Please crack the synapses.

foal roll.

Foal roast.” Of course, five-star fans know every word and follow orders, but everyone else has it written on their foreheads: “What are those guys doing there?” A few calls for “music!” were heard.

But hey: "Sillium" is nothing for run-of-the-mill gangsta fuzzies who pretend to be fat, but something for body and soul.

Doesn't help, everyone has to get through at the concert in the backstage.

"Synapses!"

Five stars De...who?

Ha!

The audience in the backstage is 30 plus, it is true that there are also well over 50-year-olds here and nod their heads like they used to at the end of the nineties.

Five Stars Deluxe is the best German hip-hop craftsmanship, consisting of the founding members Das Bo and Tobi Tobsen on the microphones (reinforced by Luis Baltes since 2018) and DJ Coolmann on the turntables.

And now everyone: “The people want what happens.

The people want something that massages.

The people want the crass served.

The people want us!”

Those who have bravely survived the texts in the pause (which, thanks to the mixture of mumbling by Das Bo and technology in Backstage Werk, nobody understands anyway), will get hits like “Die Leude” (from the second album “neo.now”, 1999) or “Willst You go with me” and “Your heart beats faster” (both from “Sillium”) or “Yes, yes...your mudders!” (“neo.now”) crassly served.

The hip-hop heart jumps up and down and the three rappers Das Bo, Tobi Tobsen and Luis Baltes whet back and forth on stage as if it were 1999.

It's 2022, after a good 90-minute concert, the clothes are soaked through with sweat and five-star deluxe witty as ever.

Accompanied by an extremely good rhythm band in the backstage: Toy Toy.

special applause!

“Nobody needs hip-hop – but people need hip-hop” is the first sentence on “Sillium”.

All kind of crazy.

Wonderfully crazy.

"türlich, türlich (sicher, Dicker)" is the last song of the evening - the solo grenade by Das Bo from the year 2000.
