(ANSA) - NEW YORK, MAY 05 - The lights on the Broadway come back on.
After a year and a half of closure due to the pandemic, New York theaters will reopen starting September 14th.
This was announced by the governor of the state of NewYork Andrew Cuomo.
Ticket sales will start as early as May 6.
"Broadway is a major part of the identity of our state and our economy - wrote Cuomo on Twitter - and we are thrilled that the curtain will rise again."
