"
The politician (...) has faded behind the economy to become its chartered accountant,
" she regrets, hoping that the former will gain the upper hand. "
This political will, it is the left which must now embody it
", urges the elected regional. “
Then,
” she continues in her forum, “
this project must put the public interest back at the heart of our society, the only one capable of recreating the link between citizens. This public interest must be guaranteed by a strong and efficient State, which works hand in hand with everyday communities and citizens. And guaranteed, too, by the private sector
”.
Carole Delga highlights the issue of ecological transition: "
Either this transition is carried with courage by the left to do, the one who wants to reconcile economy and ecology, without rupture or brutality, and it can generate new social and democratic progress. ;
either the market does its work - or its avatars, such as vertical 'at the same time' or populism folded back on its identity rock while the sea rises,
”she pleads.
And to conclude: "
That is to say, it will do nothing, and it will be synonymous with new inequalities and dangerous or even irreversible imbalances.
