Chelsea's French central defender Wesley Fofana, who opened the scoring for the Blues against AC Milan, had to go out in the first half with a right knee injury on Wednesday in the Champions League.
Shortly after the half hour mark, as he was carrying the ball into the opposing camp in the struggle with Rafael Leao, he fell to the ground while spinning and immediately held his right knee.

The trainers intervened and he tried to continue playing, but ended up walking out with his head down in the 38th minute to be replaced by Trevor Chalobah.
A sad end to the early evening for Fofana, 21, who had scored the first goal of the evening and his first in C1, after a mess on a corner (1-0, 24th) to give his side the advantage.
