Chelsea qualified for the Champions League semi-finals for football despite losing 1-0 to Porto in the second leg of the quarter-finals today, after winning 2-1 in the results of the first-leg matches.
Porto's goal was scored by Iranian substitute Mehdi Taremi in stoppage time as Porto sought to make up for a 2-0 home loss last week in the first leg.
Tarmi's goal in the final moments prevented Chelsea from maintaining a clean sheet, but it qualified for the semi-finals of the most prominent European club championship for the first time since 2014.
