All four boys were sent to trial, including Ciro Grillo

The trial against Grillo jr and Francesco Corsiglia, Edoardo Capitta and Vittorio Lauria, will begin on March 16 next.
This was decided by the gup of Tempio Pausania.
The four young people are accused of group sexual violence against an Italian-Norwegian peer, from whose complaint the investigation had sprung.
The facts date back to July two years ago on the Costa Smeralda.
The committal for trial was requested by the prosecutor Gregorio Capasso.
The defensive panel had instead urged the non-place to proceed and asked that it proceed with the ordinary rite.
