, family, I love you
Adapt,
a two-hundred-page book, was warmly noted by critics. In the September 9 issue of
Le Figaro littéraire,
Étienne de Montety had these laudatory words:
“One hundred years later, Clara Dupond-Monod achieves the feat of neutralizing her compatriot Gide and her terrible imprecation:
“
Families, I hate you
”.
»His story is unusual in terms of its theme and treatment. He upsets us because he describes the family as a place of life that has never been stabilized, always wobbly and yet, thanks to the ties forged, solid: this wounded being who could have been an explosive for the family unit was the cement. stronger."
As a reminder, the Goncourt des Lycéens is a literary prize created and organized by Fnac and the Ministry of National Education, Youth and Sports, under the patronage of the Académie Goncourt.
