Such are the hopes based on the new judicial center dedicated “to serial and unsolved crimes” and launched on March 1 in Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine).
Created by the Law for judicial confidence in the judicial institution, this new national court has the task of dusting off and relaunching the famous "cold cases", these cases without guilty forgotten or scattered throughout France in judges' cabinets already overloaded with daily records.
