"Health comes first," said SpVgg President Manfred Schwabl.
According to Schwabl, none of the players affected, including those who have been vaccinated, are currently suffering from very serious illnesses.

Just like Schwabl, Vice President Peter Wagstyl is skeptical about the immediate continuation of the league operations in Unterhachinger Sportpark with the next home game against Schweinfurt, which is scheduled for this Friday (September 24th), in view of the pending situation.
"After testing on Monday, we have to see whether it is possible to play again on Friday," said Wagstyl.
Negatively tested players used in U19 game
In the 2-1 victory of the Hachingen A-Juniors on Sunday in the U19 Bundesliga against 1. FSV Mainz 05, however, players were used who train in the regional league team, but who tested negative several times after the incidents, it said .
The cessation of operations currently applies exclusively to the regional league team and not to other Hachinger junior teams or even to the office, which will continue to work normally this week for the time being.
Since the outbreak of the pandemic in spring 2020, the SpVgg has been largely spared Covid19 diseases.
The only officially known case was in the third division in autumn 2020, when a player tested positive before the game at Halleschen FC and the Hachinger team had to turn back in the team bus that had already started shortly before their destination.
According to the club, the fact that the SpVgg could have competed with a reduced squad at the front runner in Bayreuth on the weekend should not have been possible due to the recommendation of the health department. In addition, the recent incidents would have resulted in a massive player bottleneck in one or the other crucial position.
