1:25 a.m.: Hamburg's First Mayor Peter Tschentscher spoke out in favor of Bundesliga games with fans in the stadiums before the state health ministers' meeting on Monday. The SPD politician says "Bild": "Why shouldn't it be possible to open a football stadium with a few thousand spectators?" It must be about proportionality. The UK may only publish case numbers on a weekly basis
