(ANSA) - MOSCOW, 10 JUN - The cases of Covid-19 in Russia are on the rise. According to data from the anticoronavirus operations center, 11,699 infections have been registered in the country in the last 24 hours: the highest number of cases in a single day since 24 February.
In total, 5,167,949 cases of Covid have been identified in Russia since the beginning of the epidemic.
In Moscow alone, 5,245 new cases were recorded in the course of the last day, the maximum number of infections in 24 hours since January 15. The Russian agencies report it.
Also according to official data, in the last 24 hours 383 people have died due to Covid, bringing the deaths related to the disease in Russia to at least 125,278.
