Beijing will close the Lama Temple, one of the most well-known tourist sites in the city, with the increase in cases of Covid-19.
The municipality reported in a notice that the Lama Temple ('Yonghegong', in Chinese) will be "temporarily closed to prevent and control the pandemic more effectively", almost 100 days after the start of the Winter Olympics.
