We are moving towards an agreement on the shops that can be accessed without a green pass: according to what is learned from various government sources, at the end of a technical meeting at Palazzo Chigi on the new Dpcm, still being defined, it would have been agreed on a list not too long of purchases that will continue to be pass free: in addition to food and health, there would also be optical shops or the purchase of pellets or wood for heating, as well as fuel.

Newsagents and tobacconists are still being evaluated: we would be assuming the ok only outdoors, in kiosks or at vending machines in the case of cigarettes.

The Dpcm - provided for by the latest Covid decree which introduced, among other things, the vaccine obligation for over 50s - should in general distinguish between outdoor and indoor commercial activities, and identify those necessary "to ensure the satisfaction of essential and primary needs of the person "only in the context of indoor activities. An approach that would also find the favor of the Mise because it is consistent with the need for prevention (which are placed indoors), after having asked to expand the list of activities allowed in recent days with respect to the initial perimeter identified by the Ministry of Public Service and from that of Health. Purchases in the markets, from street vendors, but also in newsstands, should therefore be allowed without a green pass. The same goes for gas stations, for example. In addition, again on the proposal of the Mise, there could be clauses that protect emergency and urgent situations in realities where it is more difficult to swab quickly, such as in small mountain towns. In addition to food purchases, pharmacies and parapharmacies will also remain pass free while among the issues still open there would also be that of shopping centers where it could be allowed to go without a green pass to the supermarket but not to other shops.pharmacies and parapharmacies will also remain pass free while among the questions still open there would also be that of shopping centers where it could be allowed to go to the supermarket without a green pass but not to other shops.pharmacies and parapharmacies will also remain pass free while among the questions still open there would also be that of shopping centers where it could be allowed to go to the supermarket without a green pass but not to other shops.
