According to data from Public Health France, 14 people with the virus were hospitalized in critical care in Corsica on Monday, out of 1232 in the rest of France.

The White Plan, an emergency system created in 2004, should allow hospitals to regain some leeway, by allowing hospitals on the island to mobilize all their resources, both personal and material. It also allows hospitals to deprogram non-emergency operations, temporarily strengthen health teams or open additional beds.
