A new Saturday of demonstrations, and an increasing mobilization: while 114,000 people marched last week against the health pass and the vaccination obligation for certain professions, at least 161,000 people beat the pavement everywhere in France today according to authorities.
A particularly important figure, in the middle of July, when part of the population takes its summer holidays.
The marches were also peppered with incidents in several cities, including Paris.

According to the authorities, 11,000 people mobilized in the capital, a figure down from last week, when 18,000 demonstrators were counted.
4,300 people marched in Marseille, 6,000 in Nice, 3,500 in Annecy, 4,000 in Strasbourg, and several thousand also in Montpellier, Nantes, Lyon, Lille, Vannes, Rennes, Rouen or Toulouse.
