In France as elsewhere in the world, the Covid-19 epidemic is declining.

The situation remains fragile, however: two outbreaks of contamination in schools were enough for Lozère to switch back to the wrong side, and reimpose the mask at school next Monday.

At the hospital, the signals are still encouraging.

The so-called “comfort” PCR and antigen tests are no longer reimbursed since Friday, it is possible that positive people have not been tested.

This slight increase in contamination compared to last week may therefore be due to the lower number of tests carried out.

Public Health France has also recorded 15 deaths in hospital in the last 24 hours, linked to an infection with SARS-CoV-2.

Since the start of the epidemic, 117,260 people have died in France.
