Crime Vote: How did you find the western crime scene?

Between western drama and zombie thriller: The "crime scene" with Ulrich Tukur was a great ride through American genre cinema. Or do you disagree?

In the end it came to the classic shoot-out, in which sacrificed one of the heroes, so that the other can survive. The "Tatort" episode "Attack on Guard 08" confidently reproduced scenes from Western and other genre films; from "Rio Bravo" or "Night of the Living Dead". After the nocturnal siege of a police station it went up in flames, then the embers crackled in the morning sun and the birds twittered - Ulrich Tukur's Sheriff Murot survived and can therefore ride into the next "crime scene" adventure.

In our review, we wrote: "As ludicrous as this 'crime scene' is loaded with songs and quotes - it works largely as a classic western narrative about lost illusions and lost loved ones, about unhealed and fresh scars." We gave 8 out of 10 points. How did you like the episode?

Again and again Ulrich Tukur dives into film history with his investigator Felix Murot. The title of the next tukur "crime scene" also holds a promise for cineastes: it is "The Holiday of Monsieur Murot" - in reference to the classic "The Holiday of Monsieur Hulot" by the French comedian Jacques Tati from the year 1953. The Crime is just finished shooting, Tukur will play a double role in it and get into the skin of a used car dealer. The broadcast is planned for 2020.
