Two men suspected of having hit a customs officer in a car on Tuesday at a toll in the Drôme, already known to the courts, were indicted for "
attempted aggravated murders
" and imprisoned, said Friday September 25 the floor.

Brought on Wednesday evening at the end of their police custody, the suspects are also being prosecuted for "
refusal to comply, concealment of vehicle theft and money laundering
", the public prosecutor in Valence, Alex Perrin, told AFP. .
Aged 31 and 33, the two men, domiciled in Bouches-du-Rhône and Vaucluse and known for drug cases, were arrested Tuesday afternoon shortly after forcing a customs check at the Tain tollgate -l'Hermitage (Drôme).
In their flight, they had driven their car on two officers, hitting and seriously injuring one of them.
The vehicle was abandoned shortly after by its occupants, who left on foot before being stopped by the gendarmes.
Stolen, the vehicle carried a sum of 80,000 euros "

", according to Mr. Perrin.
Suffering from a head trauma, the injured customs officer was taken to hospital in Valencia.
His life is not in danger, according to the prosecutor.
Thursday morning, the Minister Delegate for Public Accounts, Olivier Dussopt, announced that the customs administration had filed a complaint.
The investigation was entrusted jointly to the research section of Grenoble and to the gendarmerie group of Drôme.
