(ANSA) - JESOLO, 29 NOV - A 50-year-old specialized technician died in an accident at work this morning in the Palazzo del Turismo in Jesolo (Venice).
According to an initial reconstruction, the man, who was together with an unharmed colleague, was carrying out maintenance work on behalf of the Metropolitan City of Venice, owner of the property, when he was involved in an explosion with fatal consequences.
The victim - who worked for a company in Salzano (Venice) - was carrying out maintenance on the fire prevention system of the structure.
