More than 250,000 people came to Paseo de la Reforma to celebrate and defend LGBT rights.
In a country where there are still places where the words gay, lesbian or trans are unpronounceable, the presence of the actress, one of the most famous people in Mexico, on one of the floats was a turning point for the attendees.

Danna Paola is not part of the group, but she was invited on the Tik Tok float for her commitment to LGBT rights.
Her defenders explain that she supports the song

Danna Paola acknowledges that she has suffered from machismo inside and outside the industry: "In certain relationships in my life there was a lot of psychological damage and a lot of devaluation of my person."
