Cesare Battisti's prison regime has
been declassified from high security to common.
According to what ANSA learns, the provision of the prison administration was notified directly to the former terrorist in the prison of Ferrara, where he has been since June 2021, requested for some time by requests from Battisti himself.
Pending the provision, the former leader of the Pac could be transferred to the Parma prison, but is currently still in Ferrara.
