If the ex-spouse of the victim, Abdelkader B., 25, arrested Wednesday morning not far from Nexon, formally disputed his involvement, "

The public prosecutor did not wish to advance on the motive but the hypothesis of a conflict between the two ex-spouses seems privileged.
A judicial investigation will be opened on Friday and the two men will be presented before an investigating judge with a view to their indictment for the double homicide, with aggravating circumstance for the main suspect, and the attempted homicide on three children of Cécilia P., aged 5, 7 and 12 and who were rescued by the firefighters on the night of the tragedy.
The prosecution will request their placement in detention.
