In the text of the Dpcm signed by Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, the prohibition on carrying out it envisaged in the draft is in fact skipped.
In fact, letter z of article 1 of the text circulated yesterday states that "public and private insolvency procedures and those for qualification to the profession are suspended ... with the exception of those for health and civil protection personnel ... subject to ongoing procedures ".
