At 20, practitioners already have a higher life expectancy than others by seven years.
It is tempting to attribute these results to the fact that believers generally have globally virtuous lifestyles - little tobacco, little alcohol, etc. - which increases life expectancy.

However, in places of worship, we find the same diversity of profiles as elsewhere: elderly people, overweight or lacking physical activity, etc.
Despite everything, these “at risk” people statistically live longer than those who, with a similar profile, do not have faith.
This is what prompted me to learn about the beneficial aspects of prayer on health.
