The famous AOP bouchot mussels from Mont-Saint-Michel have finally arrived on the fishmongers' stalls, with… almost a month late compared to previous years!
Due to the drought, which also affects fruit and vegetables, they had not grown enough in the spring and this summer.
However, to be marketed, they must necessarily reach a size of 4 cm.
