Zvika Pick will return to the production office "Encore Marketing and Distribution of Tickets" a total of NIS 200,000 he received at the expense of future profits and will also pay NIS 70,000 for attorney's fees. This is due to the failure of the musical "Mary Lou", according to a decision Now that Peak has handed over the checks, the arbitration award was submitted last week for approval by the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court.
The matter came to arbitration after mutual lawsuits filed by Pick and Encore.
Pick claimed, among other things, that Encore stopped marketing the musical near its rise, and was therefore responsible for its failure, while Encore claimed, among other things, that Pick handed out hundreds of tickets to his associates.
The arbitrator accepted the encore's claims and stated that "Pick was aware of the musical's condition from the beginning ... "And if no profits were made, then the plaintiff is not entitled to profits for the garden either."
