The International Tennis Federation announced the exclusion of Dutchman Jean-Julian Roger from the tennis competitions at the Tokyo Olympics, due to infection with the new Corona virus.
And Sky Sports reported that the results of the “BCR” test conducted for Roger were positive, and thus he was expelled from the Tokyo Olympics, noting that he is now subject to quarantine, which means the end of his teammate Wesley Kolhoff’s career in the doubles matches in the Olympic competitions as well.
The Federation indicated that the New Zealand duo Marcus Daniel and Michael Venus qualified directly for the quarter-finals in the doubles competitions.
