Egypt: the sanctuary of the sacred books

Absolutizing the sacred texts is the lot of ordinary religions.

For them, the written word is authentic and its literality is sufficient.

The genius of the Bible is to admit that, as soon as it is a question of redaction or reproduction between God and man, a problem arises.

That a concern arises as to the similarity of the original and the copy.

And that he forces him to tirelessly seek the spirit under the letter.
