At least eight people died and many others were injured early Saturday morning during the Astroworld Festival in Houston, according to reports from authorities.
The Houston Fire Department says there were "multiple civilian injuries."
The turnout was approximately 50,000, who turned out for the sold-out outdoor music festival at NRG Park, the stadium complex where the Astrodome and NRG Stadium are located.
