Five years to recover from the Covid-19 crisis. The collective catering group Elior will not return to its 2019 activity levels before 2024. Hard hit by the pandemic, which has forced it to close for months some of its restaurants (in companies, hospitals, schools, administrations …), The company will recover from this shock at the cost of an in-depth transformation. The 2020-2021 financial year (ended at the end of September) ended with a net loss of 100 million euros and a 7% decline in turnover, to 3.7 billion euros.

We did pretty well, reducing the operational loss.
The crisis has forced us to push the fire to reinvent our businesses.
