According to the repeated economic crises that affect the country, the interest of

Argentines

to emigrate

is renewed every certain period of time

.

Most are looking for

better job opportunities

, economic growth and greater certainty to project future plans without so many surprises.

For reasons of language, descent and similarities in some customs,

Spain continues to be one of the most chosen countries

.

According to the

Immigration Law,

to work in the European country you need a

work and residence visa

, which enables you to carry out a work or professional activity, employed or self-employed and to reside.

But as a preliminary step, it will be essential to know in which

areas

there are more

opportunities to enter the labor market today

, since as a consequence of the pandemic the lack of employment is also currently a problem in Spain.

According to a survey by the Spanish consulting firm Spring Professional of the Adecco Group, there are currently

professions

in which the combination of

soft skills mixed with technological skills

made them protagonists of the labor market.

This is because these needs are more present than ever in companies due to

the ever-changing environment

in which they operate, and the digital transformation process in which most companies are immersed.

For all positions it

is important to know

English, but, in addition to training and experience, what qualities are you looking for?

“The (soft) skills most in demand are having

good communication

;

ability to

adapt to change

;

effective

problem solving

;

speed in

decision making

;

focus on

obtaining results

, and interest in

technological development

”, explained

Mariela Gutiérrez

, a collaborator in ArgentApp's HR area, to

Clarín

.

"At ArgentApp we have a human resources area, where we work hard to first help

rearm the curriculum, since there are Argentine companies that are not known in Spain and where it is necessary to reinforce the description of skills and talents, and not so much the brands, "he said.

What are the 5 most demanded professions in Madrid and Barcelona and how much do they pay?
