These are the concepts underlying the

2022 Sustainability

Agenda

, the multi-year project conceived and promoted by

the Athesis Publishing Group

, which returns again this year after the success recorded in 2021.

Born as a starting point for reflection on the 17 objectives that the UN has proposed to achieve by 2030, for this second edition, the Sustainability Agenda aims to take stock of the situation on the major issues of sustainability that most affect the territories and their communities, through a series of initiatives in the main provinces where the media company operates:

Verona, Vicenza and Brescia

.

It is from the latter that the first appointment starts on May 19, directed by the local

newspaper Bresciaoggi

.

The events, open to the public upon registration, will be

broadcast from 5.30 pm also in live streaming

on the websites and Facebook pages of the reference publications of the city of the Athesis Publishing Group.

Specifically, the event of 19 May will be broadcast on bresciaoggi.it.

The appointment in Verona, with L'Arena, is set for Tuesday

24 May

, while a week later, Tuesday

31 May

, it will be Vicenza's turn with Il Giornale di Vicenza.

All events will also be visible on Ansa.it.

"The dramatic phase that opened with the Russian invasion of Ukraine is radically changing future energy and geopolitical scenarios - commented

Matteo Montan, CEO

of the Athesis Publishing Group - but the issue of sustainability remains central and vital, indeed still moreover.

It is therefore important that each of us continue to do our part

, which in our case means continuing to activate more and more readers, entrepreneurs and political subjects of all kinds on these topics.

In the previous edition - continued Montan - our inserts dedicated to the project were read by almost half a million readers, our events recorded over 210,000 views with a social reach of 770,000 people, and more than 6,000 citizens of Verona, Vicenza and Brescia voted on our sites by defining the sustainable agendas of their territories.

So let's start with these great numbers, determined to do even better "

The Athesis Group initiative involves the main stakeholders in the area: universities, Confindustria and the main associations, private companies and multi-utilities.

In particular, Agenda Verona will see AGSM AIM Group, A22 Autostrada del Brennero, Stena Recycling as main partner from the outset and INOVA, Manutherm and Molinauto as partners.

Agenda Brescia as main partner Acque Bresciane, Banca Valsabbina, Coldiretti Brescia and Brescia Mobilità Group, as partner Ambrosi Spa and Sider, ANACI Brescia event supporter.
