The Eric Clapton concert scheduled for May 18 at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan is postponed due to Covid.
The singer and guitarist tested positive for Coronavirus shortly after the second of his two concerts at London's Royal Albert Hall on May 7 and 8.
"His medical staff explained that if he were to resume traveling and playing too soon, it could greatly delay his full recovery. Eric - underline the concert organizers - also wants to avoid passing the infection to his band, to the group of work, to the staff of the promoters and, of course, to his fans. "
And that's why tomorrow's Zurich concert and Wednesday's Milan concert are postponed.
The tour should start again with concerts in Bologna on 20 and 21 May.
"The postponed concerts will be rescheduled within the next six months and the purchased tickets will remain valid for the new rescheduled dates" assure the organization.
