n bac + 5, we have 2 specialties: a master's degree focused on compliance and another on company lawyers

today, companies need experts able to manage their contractual negotiations and help them comply with new regulatory obligations such as personal data protection, CSR or also the quality labels which are sometimes optional, but essential for forming new partnerships and improving their image
”. The mission of the ESMD is therefore, "
to allow students to have not only a strong base of legal knowledge to do contract management, but also to develop softskills to be able to do project management, compliance, risk analyzes, etc.
She insists.
This association of legal knowledge and softskills is also designed to allow future graduates to orient themselves towards new legal professions, in particular around Legaltech.
To develop this approach closely linked to the company, the school has also integrated internship periods and also work-study programs in its courses.
Thus, students can apply their know-how while acquiring a first professional experience.
ESMD or university training: what are the differences?
ESMD is positioned as a complementary alternative and not as a competitor of universities. "
Our approach therefore differs from that of universities,
both
in terms of teaching methodology and in the professions that students can access at the end of their training,
" said the CEO of ESMD. In fact, as regards the method, the ESMD does not have an amphitheater, but rather small classes to remain a school on a human scale where the teachers know and follow each student rigorously.

It therefore offers another way of training for those who are not attracted to university operations.
In addition, it should be noted that the ESMD is not a school which aims to train doctors of law or to prepare specifically for competitive examinations.
