The plaintiff is the Hong Kong Real Estate Agents General Association Co., Ltd. and the defendant is Welfare Development Co., Ltd.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff was appointed as the sales agent of Evergrande·Junlong Bay and completed a number of transactions.
According to the agreement, the defendant was required to pay a commission of approximately 4.35 million to the plaintiff.
However, the plaintiff repeatedly requested, and the defendant failed to pay, so he filed for a claim.
